  • Ensure all content and materials shared with Tech Tackle Tribe comply with legal and ethical standards.

  • Approve deliverables within the specified timeline to avoid project delays.

3. Payment Terms

  • Fees for services are outlined in the agreement or proposal.

  • Payments must be made in full before service commencement unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Clients retain ownership of all original content and materials provided.

  • Tech Tackle Tribe maintains ownership of all proprietary tools, techniques, and templates used in service delivery.

  • Upon full payment, rights to final deliverables are transferred to the client, except for third-party licensed content.

5. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure and not disclose it to third parties.

  • Tech Tackle Tribe will not share client strategies, data, or insights without prior consent.

6. Service Limitations & Liabilities

  • While we strive for the best results, we do not guarantee specific rankings, engagement levels, or financial outcomes.

  • Tech Tackle Tribe is not liable for third-party service failures, such as social media platform downtimes or Google algorithm changes.

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables before publication; Tech Tackle Tribe is not liable for post-approval errors.

7. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice.

  • No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.

  • If a client breaches these terms, Tech Tackle Tribe reserves the right to terminate services immediately.

8. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Tech Tackle Tribe harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of our services, including legal violations or third-party disputes.

9. Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, legal proceedings will take place in the appropriate jurisdiction.
